Everything you need to know before you explore, order, and start your next journey.
From countries we have actually travelled through — farms and cooperatives across Africa, Central and South America, and the Asia-Pacific. Every bag lists its origin, altitude, varietal and process.
Like it bright and fruit-forward? Start with a light or medium roast from Africa. Prefer it rich and chocolatey? Go darker, or try Central America. Not sure — a sample pack lets you taste a few origins side by side.
We roast to order in small batches and dispatch within 1–2 days of roasting. For the best cup, enjoy it within four to six weeks of the roast date printed on the bag.
Orders are roasted and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after that, with tracking on every order.
Available destinations and rates appear at checkout once you enter your address. If your country is not listed, get in touch and we will see what is possible.
Because everything is roasted to order, changes are usually only possible for a short window after you order. Contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best before it goes to the roaster.
If your order arrives damaged or is not right, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Full details are on our refund policy page.
